NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Standard shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 for unframed prints. Orders are sent using a signature required courier service so a delivery card should be left by the courier if you are not home.
Prints will be sent via a rolled in paper tube.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery within New Zealand.
Rural deliveries can sometime take longer than standard postal addresses. If you need your order quickly, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard shipping to Australia is a flat rate $25 tracked courier. Delivery time is approximately 3 - 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $35 untracked and $55 tracked courier. Delivery times are approximately 3 - 21 business days.
RETURNS
For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to replace the damaged print at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the purchaser.
Delivery to physical street address only.
If an incorrect delivery address is supplied Spid Pye Photography may charge the purchaser all reasonable costs associated with redelivery.
You may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country. Please check the website of the country you are having your order delivered to check any additional costs which may apply to your order.
