I was asked to travel to Queenstown just after my father died to shoot a commercial job, the day of the shoot there was heavy snow, I couldn’t travel to the location because the road was closed so I decided to travel where I could, I came across this mountain range which forms part of The Remarkable's and noticed a face in the rock formations, for me this will always represent my father lying in the land.
The image is printed on Giclee Fine Art Paper , which is 100% cotton, acid and lignin free paper. We use Epson ultra chrome archival inks, which has been designed for museum quality photographic and fine art work.
